Two and a half more shows bite the dust

You know I love television, right. I mean I LOVE television. I'm okay with that. It entertains me. What else would I be doing on a random weeknight otherwise? (Since I like to just be at home when I get home. I don't really like to go out on the weeknights.) However, I'm finding that more and more TV shows don't do it for me anymore.

Heroes: I've been trying to get into it. I find I don't care. There are too many characters. There are too many weird plot twists that I can't figure out where things are going. I'm over it.

Reaper: I liked this show when it first started. I'm not sure why I lost interest... I think because it has been so long between the seasons. Funnily enough, though, there's nothing else I like on Tuesday nights so it isn't like it is losing to a different show.

Ugly Betty: Might bite the dust. I haven't decided yet. It used to be must see tv time for me, but not anymore. Now I watch it if it is on but don't bother searching it out.

What are you watching these days?

A lot of Food Network. Animal Planet, surprisingly. TLC - LOVE 'Say Yes to the Dress.' VH1, MTV, FX, TBS, and of course, CW.

We are hoping that you would at least consider helping Reaper. The creators are leaving, and while this doesn't look good for our show, you can still let the CW know you want Reaper to continue even without them. Thank you.

Domestic and International fans, use email:

Please don't stay silent. They'll never know how much you'd like Reaper to stay if you never tell them. Executive Producer Tom Spezialy's still around, and lots of shows do just fine even after a change in the guards.

Domestic fans: since snail mail campaigns work best, here's the address for Dawn Ostroff at the CW:

Please consider taking a moment to send in a letter or postcard. Even as simple a line as "please renew Reaper" helps. And spread the word!

i'm loving "lie to me" and "ashes to ashes" on bbc america. and "doctor who", when it's on, is always a winner in my book.

Man, those Reaper people are ON IT. This is what I watch now: How I Met Your Mother, Rules of Engagement, The Mentalist, American Idol, New Adventures of Old Christine, Better Off Ted, The Office, 30 Rock, Life, Kings, In the Motherhood, Numb3rs,

These are shows that we also record, that my husband watches and I sometimes watch: Big Bang Theory, Chuck, Dollhouse.

These are shows on hiatus that we watch: Psych, Burn Notice, Dr. Who, Torchwood.

I also record Oprah and end up watching about one a week.

I'm nervous for Chuck. NBC won't announce the fate until 5/19 though. I also like Reaper, but haven't been able to keep up with the new ones.

Other shows I like: Big Bang Theory (LOVE!!!), 30 Rock, The Office, Sarah Connor Chronicles (CANCELLED--Boo!!!). I've fallen behind on 24. I guess I was bored of the same plot. Terrorists, President in jeopardy, mole...I don't tire of Kiefer, but just haven't had time. And of course I really miss Battlestar Galactica. I saw the pilot for Caprica and it was really good. I so hope it gets picked up.

One of the absolute BEST shows on tv is Breaking Bad. Not sure how it's doing in ratings, but I highly recommend it. Bryan Cranston deserves all kinds of awards for his performance.
