Here's a thought...

If I have these pipes in my apartment that provide me heat... couldn't it be possible that if one were to run icy cold water through those pipes I could have air conditioning? I like that idea. I wonder why they don't do it? (Ok I don't really wonder. I'm sure the cost involved would be outrageous but still... it is a nice thought. I want air conditioning.)
