Until I find a pizza sauce that doesn't completely tear up my stomach the way the one I currently like does. Currently I use I think Ragu but not the pizza quick type. I do know pizza quick also tears my stomach up. So if you know of any that are yummy let me know and I may try that. Otherwise, the stomach has won out. I don't like feeling this poorly when I eat one of my favorite foods.

Why don't you make your own? It isn't that difficult.
We don't make pizza much but when I make boboli, I use Newman's spagetti sauce...don't know if that helps but the Newman's seems to taste great, doesn't both either of our digestive tracts, and he gives money away to good things.

Yes, but with sauce it isn't as big a concern. Very rarely do they add wheat to pizza sauce. And vinegar (which can be made from wheat) is processed such that it kills the wheat protein that I'm intolerant to. Plus with a suggestion of good ones, I can at least check my list. :)
I see. So it's just the crust that can be a problem?
I drove past a store the other day that sold only Low Carb Foods (and gluten free items). It was the last part of that that made me think of you.
I use Boboli sauce.
I've also made it from scratch, but that was overkill :)
